Record Suspension/Criminal Pardons
If you have ever been convicted of a criminal offence, you must have a pardon/record suspension in order to apply to this Police Service.
Convictions include the following court dispositions:
- Pled guilty
- Found guilty
- Suspended sentence
- Conditional discharge (Conditions apply. Please contact Pardon Services Canada)
If your conviction is under the Young Offenders Act or the Youth Criminal Justice Act, time limitations may apply to your record of conviction. Please click to visit Record Suspension Canada.
