Peel Police - Police Arrest Male in Relation to Break and Enter Investigation

Brampton – Investigators from the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male in relation to a series of commercial break and enters that occurred in Brampton.

On Friday, June, 19, 2015, a break and enter occurred in Brampton where an amount of Canadian Currency was stolen. Investigators from the Forensic Identification Bureau located biological evidence at the scene that was collected and sent to the Centre for Forensic Sciences in Toronto for analysis.

On Saturday, June, 20, 2015, Sunday, June 21, 2015 and Monday, June, 22, 2015 several break-ins to commercial businesses occurred in Brampton, where Canadian Currency was stolen.

DNA evidence along with a thorough investigation by members of the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau has identified the person responsible for these four commercial Break and Enters.  .  

Terry Frances Jr. ERCEGOVIC, a 32 year old male from Brampton was arrested on Monday January 11, 2016. ERCEGOVIC has been charged with four counts of Break, Enter and Theft and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Thursday, February 18, 2016.
