Peel Police - Police Arrest Male in Gun-Point Threatening

Brampton – Officers from 21 Division arrest a male in relation to a gun-point threatening in Brampton.

On Monday, February 22, 2016 the accused and the 20 year old male victim became involved in a business dispute at an address in the area of Cadetta Rd. and Highway 50 in Brampton. The accused brandished a firearm and began to threaten the victim prior to leaving the area in a green Honda CRV.

Parmpal GILL, a 32 year old male from Caledon, was arrested on Monday, February 22, 2016 in Caledon.  Parmpal GILL has been charged with Possession of a Weapon for a Purpose, Dangerous to Public Peace and Uttering a Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm. Parmpal GILL was held pending a bail hearing on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Brampton
