Peel Police - Police Arrest Male in Relation to Point Firearm Investigation

Mississauga– Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male in relation to a dispute on a roadway in Mississauga in which the suspect pointed and  threatened the driver of another vehicle with a replica firearm.

On Friday, January 29, 2015, the suspect, who was operating a vehicle in the area of Bristol Road West and Creditview Road in Mississauga, became involved in an altercation with the driver of another vehicle.  The suspect then produced a replica firearm, and pointed it at the driver of the other vehicle. No injuries were sustained in relation to this incident.

On Saturday, January 30, 2015, at approximately 5:20 a.m., the suspect turned himself into police at 11 Division in Mississauga.  

David HA, a 24 year old male resident of Mississauga,has been charged with several weapons–related offences.  David HA will appear before a Justice on February 26, 2016, at Davis Court in Brampton in relation to this matter.
