Peel Police - Witnesses Sought in Brampton Collision Investigation

Brampton Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau are appealing for witnesses to a serious motor vehicle collision that occurred in Brampton.

On Monday, March 21, 2016, at approximately 1:30 p.m., at Queen Street and Goreway Drive in Brampton,  a silver Suzuki SUV was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision with two parked vehicles and three pedestrians.

As a result of the collision, two of the  pedestrians suffered very serious injuries and were transported to a Trauma Centre in Toronto where they remain in critical, but stable condition.  The third pedestrian sustained non life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local hospital. The driver sustained minor injuries.

Dylan MAAS, a 24 year old Brampton resident, was arrested at the scene and charged with three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have information about the actions of the driver prior to the collision.
