Peel Police - GTA's Most Wanted Airs on Rogers Television

Peel On, 22 Jan 07 – The Peel Regional Police, in partnership with Rogers Television, and a number of other GTA Police Agencies, are pleased to provide assistance to a new local crime television program with the focus on GTA’s most wanted criminals and solving cold cases.

GTA’s Most Wanted, a new and exclusive series produced by Rogers Television, will profile more that 250 wanted criminals with a range of charges from murder, kidnapping, robbery and other outstanding crimes. The program will air on Tuesday nights at 7:30 p.m., starting January 23, 2007.

Chief Mike Metcalf stated that “Peel Regional Police look forward to working in partnership with Rogers Television in profiling wanted criminals and high profile unsolved cases. Our hope is that with the assistance of the public, we can solve these crimes and bring the persons responsible to justice. This is a great initiative and will assist in our mission to make the Region of Peel a Safer Community “.
