Crime of the Week - Brampton

STORE CLERK ROBBED AT GUNPOINT

 

A lone male suspect, armed with a pistol, robbed the clerk of a Brampton convenience store. Investigators are hoping the images of the suspect captured on the surveillance camera will convince the public to call Crime Stoppers to identify this man.

 

On Saturday, September 20, 2008, shortly after 11:00 in the evening, the suspect approached the clerk at the Hasty Market on Queen Street, west of McLaughlin Road. He pulled a silver pistol from his waistband and demanded money from the cash register. The clerk turned over a small quantity of cash and cigars to the suspect.
