EMPLOYEES TIED UP DURING ROBBERY
Two employees of a Brampton money facility were tied up during a robbery, and the Central Robbery Bureau is encouraging you to call Crime Stoppers to help identify the suspects.
On Thursday February 7th, 2008 at around 3:45 in the afternoon, two suspects entered The Cash Store on McMurchy Avenue, with their faces concealed and armed with a black handgun. The two employees were taken to a back room and tied up, and the suspects demanded money. The suspects were able to gain access into the ATM machine, and were also able to remove more cash from other areas of the store.
The suspects left the store on foot, last seen running southbound on McMurchy Avenue. Both suspects have been described as male, black, 20 – 25 years of age, 6’ tall, wearing dark clothing and had their faces covered. One of the suspects wore goggles and was armed with a black handgun.
