Release #: 2008 - 05b

BREAK AND ENTER SUSPECTS CAUGHT ON TAPE

Three men appear to be having a good time while their images were caught on video during a residential break – in, and the Detectives from 22 Division are encouraging the public to call Crime Stoppers to help identify these men.

On Wednesday November 21, 2007 at around noon, three men were on the 8th floor of the apartment building located at 440 McMurchy Avenue in Brampton. Over an hour long period, these suspects were observed on a surveillance camera lurking up and down the hall and stairwell. Investigation has revealed that the suspects are responsible for committing multiple break ins on the 8th floor.

At one point, the resident of one of the apartments confronted these suspects and chased them down the hall and into the stairwell. During one of the break – ins, a black, Canon G7 Digital camera was stolen. Photographic images of the suspects are below. A short video clip showing the three suspects can be viewed by going to www.peelcrimestoppers.ca and click on the “UNSOLVED CRIMES” section.
